Smiggle Pricing
Smiggle.co.uk offers a variety of products with prices displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). All online prices and delivery fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The method of payment will be billed in GBP and the card company will convert the charges.
Occasionally, pricing may be different due to special promotions that are only available when purchasing online. These promotions will only apply to online orders unless otherwise stated.

Smiggle Return Policy?
The return policy of Smiggle.co.uk is as follows:
- Refunds or exchanges are offered if certain conditions are met. These include returning the items within 30 days of receiving them with the original receipt. The items must be in their original condition as purchased, including all packaging and seals (for hygiene purposes) with original labels attached.
- Refunds are processed using the original form of payment and are made within 14 days from when the items are received back.
- For Christmas gift purchases made from the 15th of November 2023 right up until Christmas Eve, an extension on returns is provided until Sunday 14th of January 2024, or 30 days from the date of purchase (whichever is later) to exchange or return your items as long as all other return conditions are met.
- All returns postage costs must be paid for by the sender.
- An item purchased online using Klarna, Clearpay & Paypal as tender can be returned for a refund by posting it to the online returns address. It can also be exchanged in store for an alternative item or a gift card to the value of the item. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. Refunds in store are not issued where Klarna, Clearpay & Paypal has been used as tender.
- Purchases made in a Smiggle retail store can be returned or exchanged in a Smiggle retail store. The receipt received in the store at the time of purchase must be presented.
- Purchases made online can be returned or exchanged in any Smiggle retail store in the United Kingdom or by posting it to the specified returns address. Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Smiggle. Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
